At MH Fragrances, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used attars and perfumes for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.
